Your standards. From forest to factory. Get a quote ### Let's Connect! ## Built for how you work. The ExactSort™ Program was built for customers whose needs go beyond NHLA grades. When “FAS” or “Select & Better” isn’t specific enough, ExactSort™ delivers lumber sorted, surfaced, and graded to your exact requirements — backed by a vertically integrated supply chain that starts in the forest and ends with precision on your production line. ![Pack Building (1)](https://www.bennetthardwoods.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Pack%20Building%20(1).jpg?width=702&height=1000&name=Pack%20Building%20(1).jpg) ![Planer](https://www.bennetthardwoods.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Planer.jpg?width=702&height=1000&name=Planer.jpg) ## Designed Around Your Standards ###### Because no two customers define quality the same way. NHLA grades are a guide — not a guarantee. With ExactSort™, we create custom specs built around your needs: color, grain, dimensions, clarity — or any unique combination of all four. ###### Examples: - Color and grain matching - Length and width sorting - Clarity and knot tolerances - Surfaced or thickness-specified stock Each ExactSort™ spec is tracked and refined to keep your standards consistent, load after load. ![Exact Sort 2 (1)](https://www.bennetthardwoods.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Exact%20Sort%202%20(1).jpg?width=3000&height=2000&name=Exact%20Sort%202%20(1).jpg "Exact Sort 2 (1)") ## Every Hardwood. Every Region. ###### Sourcing that starts in the right forest, not the open market. Our reach spans North America’s finest hardwood regions — from Northern Hard Maple and Red Oak to Appalachian Cherry and Walnut. Because we’re vertically integrated, we can trace individual logs back to their exact origin, down to the longitude and latitude coordinates within the forest. Our proprietary sourcing software makes it possible to align your ExactSort™ program to a precise forest region or even a specific lot of logs. With custom sorting lines and expert graders, we deliver consistent, predictable hardwood supply — tailored to your standards, every time.
